冀中能(neng)源國際物流集團緊扣學(xue)習(xi)貫徹習(xi)近平新時(shi)代中國特色社會主(zhu)(zhu)義思(si)想主(zhu)(zhu)題教育總要(yao)求、目(mu)標任務和重點措(cuo)施,堅持學(xue)深悟透(tou)強思(si)想、深查實改(gai)解(jie)難題、以學(xue)促干增動能(neng),為企業高質量發展添磚加瓦、增光添彩。
學深悟透強思想。“學(xue)(xue)(xue)思想”是主(zhu)(zhu)題教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)總要(yao)求之一(yi),貫(guan)穿主(zhu)(zhu)題教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)始終(zhong)。該集(ji)團黨委把學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)貫(guan)徹習(xi)(xi)(xi)近平新時代中國(guo)特色(se)社會主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)思想作為根本任(ren)務,堅(jian)持“第一(yi)議(yi)題”制(zhi)度,開(kai)(kai)展領(ling)導(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)部領(ling)學(xue)(xue)(xue),舉辦“感悟思想偉力(li) 凝聚(ju)奮進(jin)力(li)量(liang)”、“再(zai)(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)重深化抓整改強(qiang)落實(shi),推進(jin)主(zhu)(zhu)題教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)嚴實(shi)效(xiao)”等(deng)(deng)專題研(yan)討,扎實(shi)辦好(hao)讀(du)書(shu)班,持續(xu)抓深理(li)論學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)。先后組織(zhi)集(ji)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)、專題學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)7次(ci),編發(fa)《理(li)論學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)導(dao)(dao)讀(du)》9期。所屬20個(ge)基層黨組織(zhi)依托“三會一(yi)課”等(deng)(deng)方式(shi)開(kai)(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)86場(chang)(次(ci)),實(shi)現了黨員(yuan)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)培(pei)訓全覆蓋。領(ling)導(dao)(dao)班子成員(yuan)和18名黨組織(zhi)書(shu)記(ji)走(zou)上講(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)臺(tai),深入聯系(xi)點和聯保單(dan)位開(kai)(kai)展了“領(ling)導(dao)(dao)上講(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)臺(tai)”“書(shu)記(ji)講(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)黨課”“送黨課到(dao)基層”活動(dong),推動(dong)黨課進(jin)車間、進(jin)班組、進(jin)一(yi)線,講(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)專題黨課22場(chang)(次(ci))。堅(jian)持邊(bian)(bian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)邊(bian)(bian)干(gan)(gan)、邊(bian)(bian)干(gan)(gan)邊(bian)(bian)學(xue)(xue)(xue),用學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)成效(xiao)來指導(dao)(dao)實(shi)踐,再(zai)(zai)用發(fa)展實(shi)踐來檢(jian)驗(yan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)效(xiao)果,努力(li)在“實(shi)踐-認(ren)識-再(zai)(zai)實(shi)踐-再(zai)(zai)認(ren)識”的(de)螺旋式(shi)上升中學(xue)(xue)(xue)得(de)(de)更深入、做得(de)(de)更扎實(shi)。充分運用紅色(se)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)資源和黨性教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)基地,用好(hao)“千年大計”等(deng)(deng)黨性教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)項目,砥礪理(li)想信念和初心使命,全面(mian)加(jia)強(qiang)黨員(yuan)干(gan)(gan)部隊伍建設,加(jia)強(qiang)黨性修養,引導(dao)(dao)黨員(yuan)干(gan)(gan)部為企業改革發(fa)展貢獻力(li)量(liang)。
