該集團聚(ju)焦制約(yue)企(qi)業(ye)高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的難點(dian)、痛點(dian),以“比(bi)出責任、比(bi)出擔當,實現突(tu)破”為出發點(dian),深入開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)勞動(dong)(dong)和技(ji)能競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)(sai),充(chong)分調(diao)動(dong)(dong)廣大干(gan)部職工(gong)破題(ti)攻(gong)關、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)的積(ji)極性和創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)(zao)性,以創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)務(wu)實的思維、實干(gan)高(gao)效(xiao)的舉(ju)措,解決一批沉疴頑疾,不斷提升(sheng)企(qi)業(ye)現代化管理水(shui)平(ping)。馬頭(tou)洗選(xuan)廠以科學高(gao)效(xiao)生產為目(mu)標,組織職工(gong)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)了(le)(le)(le)“創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)(sai)”“安全生產競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)(sai)”“破題(ti)攻(gong)堅競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)(sai)、青年(nian)突(tu)擊隊競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)(sai)”等活動(dong)(dong),創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)出了(le)(le)(le)卸原(yuan)煤(mei)(mei)車140輛(liang)和發4勾空車、接3勾重車的好成績,保證了(le)(le)(le)生產原(yuan)煤(mei)(mei)需(xu)求,推動(dong)(dong)了(le)(le)(le)大精煤(mei)(mei)戰略落(luo)實落(luo)地。邯鄲洗選(xuan)廠嚴把洗選(xuan)技(ji)術指標的管控和考(kao)核,通過將單(dan)班油耗考(kao)核納(na)入到浮選(xuan)崗(gang)位(wei)小(xiao)指標競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)(sai)項(xiang)目(mu),實現了(le)(le)(le)浮選(xuan)油耗降低0.07㎏/噸原(yuan)煤(mei)(mei),每年(nian)節約(yue)用油168噸,實現年(nian)節約(yue)費用數百(bai)萬元,促進洗煤(mei)(mei)生產提質(zhi)增(zeng)效(xiao)。峰(feng)煤(mei)(mei)焦化公司圍繞“提質(zhi)量(liang)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)益”勞動(dong)(dong)競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)(sai)主題(ti),組織QC小(xiao)組開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)硫(liu)銨工(gong)段技(ji)術攻(gong)堅,對影(ying)響產量(liang)的各種(zhong)因素進行技(ji)術攻(gong)關,詳(xiang)細(xi)分析資料、認真辨(bian)識(shi)安全風險,創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)實施了(le)(le)(le)硫(liu)銨結(jie)晶泵彎(wan)頭(tou)改造(zao)(zao)、離(li)心機后艙水(shui)改造(zao)(zao)、離(li)心機盲(mang)板封堵等十余項(xiang)改造(zao)(zao),提產增(zeng)效(xiao)明顯。
